ALOPECIA

Abnormal hair loss (baldness)

Androgenic alopecia (AGA) is the most common type of baldness in society and affects men and women. It is a hair disorder that causes the loss or reduction of hair density due to genetic and hormonal factors. Also, poor nutrition and the natural process of hair aging can lead to alopecia.

Male alopecia may begin after puberty and continue progressively over time, becoming worse with increasing age.

When it develops, the follicles of the scalp initiate a process of miniaturization through which the hair diminishes its size and becomes more fragile, causing its fall. This process will be of greater or lesser degree depending on the sensitivity of the follicles to the androgenic hormones, whose function is to stimulate the development of male sexual characteristics. In the case of men, dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is the main androgen that negatively affects the hair follicle.

The capillary zones that are especially damaged as a result of this disorder are the frontal and the parietal.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (3 months, each lotion)
  • 4º - MAINTENANCE

Despite what is believed, the androgenic alopecia typical of men can affect women because they also produce androgens, albeit in a lower amount than men. Normally, it appears after the arrival of menopause and causes a negative side effect at the psychological level.

In the case of women, the process of miniaturization of the follicles originates by a much slower evolution that weakens and thins the hair, so that alopecia is presented in a more diffuse than the male and does not usually reach phases so advanced.

It is a capillary disease that consists of the loss of hair in very localized areas of the scalp or other parts of the body, causing the appearance of partial areas without hair of rounded or oval appearance that do not show signs of inflammation or eruption. This strong fall is due to the anagen phase of the hair (growth) being stopped in a very abrupt way, altering the capillary cycle. It is then when the hair goes directly to a telogen phase (rest), which produces its fall.

Alopecia areata appears as a result of hereditary genetic factors and autoimmune disorders, which occur when the immune system attacks and destroys healthy body tissue in the wrong way. Also, this capillary pathology is related to temporary psychosomatic disorders, such as traumas, stress or depression. It should be noted that this is a reversible process if treated properly.

There are two types of alopecia areata:

It shows a single alopecia plate with an oval or round shape. The hair of the areas adjacent to the plate have a normal appearance.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (during the time indicated for each one)
  • 4º - MAINTENANCE (3 times per week)

The symptoms are exactly the same as in alopecia areata simple, with the difference that the multiple affects more than one area, causing the appearance of several alopecia plates at the same time.

Diffuse alopecia usually appears unexpectedly, affecting the person in a very short reaction time. Unlike alopecia areata, it does not follow a logical order and manifests very irregularly without following a pattern of baldness, so that hair loss is not as evident as in other hair conditions. There are some more serious cases in which the person can get to lose all of their hair, although it is not the most frequent. Fortunately, it is a reversible process.

It is a disease caused especially by hormonal imbalances, such as diabetes or hyperthyroidism, but can also develop when suffering from some stress or depression scenario or due to the side effects of some medications.

There are several types of diffuse alopecia:

During pregnancy, the body experiences very high levels of estrogen and progesterone. This fact causes the hair to be continuously maintained in an active phase of growth (anagen). After childbirth, the hormones rebalance back to their natural state and, therefore, hair growth is severely interrupted. It is thereafter when the hair begins the telogen phase (rest), producing a massive hair loss.

It is a completely natural and reversible physiological process that is part of the pregnancy and the hormonal changes that this entails.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of the SHAMPOO
  • 3º - apply LOTION (3 times per week, for 4 months)

In the same way that after the childbirth, the woman suffers a very strong hormonal imbalance from the menopause. Progesterone and estrogen are reduced considerably and begin to increase male hormones, especially dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which directly attacks the hair follicle.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (during the time indicated for each one)

The thyroid is a gland located in the neck area, specifically above the trachea, and its function is to secrete hormones that regulate multiple functions of metabolism, including hair growth. When this gland has an abnormal functioning, it can trigger what is known as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.

In the case of hyperthyroidism, the thyroid gland produces an excess of segregation of thyroid hormones, which cause an acceleration of the hair cycle and, as a consequence, an earlier and abrupt fall. With regard to hypothyroidism, the opposite happens, ie the thyroid works at a slower rate than normal and there is an insufficient activity of hormone segregation T3 and T4. The result is a reduction of the anagen phase of the hair (growth) and an elongation of the telogen phase (rest). Both pathologies are treated to restore hair to its natural state.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (during the time indicated for each one)

After a prolonged fever of approximately 39 degrees in viral diseases or septicemia, an increase in the percentage of hair follicles in telogen phase (rest) can be observed, leading to hair loss. These symptoms usually continue until a month after the high fever but, later, it recovers completely.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (3 times per week, during 3 months)

It is a type of alopecia caused by external factors that damage the hair follicle, such as chemical agents, surgical interventions or physical trauma. If the traumatism on the follicle is too aggressive and destroys it, there is no possibility of a new growth of hair naturally.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of the SHAMPOO
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (3 times per week, during 3 months)

Some medications can cause a very direct aggression on the hair follicle, accelerating its telogen phase (rest). Due to this, hair falls abruptly and massively. These are aggressive medications that are used in complex treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Normally, it is a reversible condition that ceases when the medication that causes hair loss ends.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of the SHAMPOO (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTIONS (during the time indicated for each one)

Temporary alopecia may be due to stress, poor diet or simply seasonal.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of SHAMPOO
  • 3º - MASK
  • 4º - apply the LOTION (3 times per week)

SEBORREA

Increased secretion of sebaceous glands

Seborrhea consists of a pathological increase in the secretion produced by the sebaceous glands of the scalp, whose function is to create a protective film to prevent infections and external aggressions. This excess of secretion or fat gives the hair a look too bright, straight and unctuous touch, giving rise to a wrong feeling of dirt. Among the causes that cause seborrhea are hormonal imbalances, genetic factors, imbalances of the nervous system and the use of certain drugs.

SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS

Also known as seborrheic eczema

It consists of a rash on the scalp that causes itching and reddened skin as a result of excessive sebum production. In addition, it occurs in the form of white and / or yellowish scales (desquamation), a fact that can cause discomfort and embarrassment to those who suffer from it.

The main cause with which seborrheic dermatitis is related is the fungus Malassezia furfur. It is characterized by preferring areas with more fat and feeding on dead skin. However, this capillary disease can also be caused by an irregularity of the immune system.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - apply the LOTION 3.4.5B SCIENCE-7 DE LUXE ESSENTIAL OILS (3 times per week, at night)
  • 3º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 4º - apply LOTION 1.4 DIXIDOX DE LUXE ANTISEBORRHEA LOTION (after washing with shampoo, without rinsing, 3 times per week)

PYTIRIASIS

Better known as "dandruff"

It is a hair condition, popularly known as "dandruff", which affects the scalp and is distinguished by the presence of accelerated desquamation (detachment in scales or sheets of the superficial layer of the scalp).

It is a hair condition, popularly known as "dandruff", which affects the scalp and is distinguished by the presence of accelerated desquamation (detachment in scales or sheets of the superficial layer of the scalp).

There are two types of pityriasis:

It is the most frequent among the population and is characterized by dry and very fine white scales that easily detach from the scalp and can fall easily on the shoulders. This type of dandruff does not cause inflammation or itching.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTION (3 times per week)

Fatty dandruff is accompanied by sebum, so that the scales are attached to the scalp. In this case, the peeling is yellowish and, sometimes, causes itching and stinging. If left untreated, it can lead to alopecia.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 3º - apply the LOTION (3 times per week)

PSORIASIS

Skin disease that produces scaly lesions

Despite sharing many symptoms with seborrheic dermatitis, it differs from this one by having much thicker, dry and silvery scales, in addition to red spots that can extend beyond the hairline. The person who suffers may also experience pain.

Its cause can be caused by disorders of the immune system, which attack healthy cells and tissues. It is also a persistent pathology and more difficult to treat than seborrheic dermatitis.

El RECOMMENDED TREATMENT It would consist of the following steps:

  • 1º - perform a PEELING
  • 2º - apply the LOTION 3.4.5B SCIENCE-7 DE LUXE ESSENTIAL OILS (3 times per week, at night)
  • 3º - application of CHAMPÚ (choose one of the two)
  • 4º - apply the CREAM 007 MIRACLE SKIN CONTROL CREAM (every night, in the affected area)
  • 5º - apply the LOTION (every morning)

HYPERHYDROSIS

Excessive sweating

When the body temperature is high, the nervous system activates the sweat glands as a mechanism to regulate body temperature. However, when the amount of sweat that is released is excessive or occurs even at a normal body temperature, a condition called hyperhidrosis develops. It can appear in several areas of the body, including the capillary zone, reaching directly affect the social life of the person suffering from this condition.

There are several causes that can cause and aggravate hyperhidrosis: hormonal and neurological imbalances, anxiety and stress disorders, menopause, heart disease, cancer or hyperthyroidism, among others.
